- Respond to your booking request and confirm availability
- Send a secure payment link via Stripe to complete your booking
- Communicate with you about your charter (logistics, weather updates, follow-ups)

3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate. These services are bound by their own privacy practices:

- Microsoft 365 (Outlook) — hosts the booking@marinaroyalecharters.com mailbox where your inquiries are received
- GoDaddy — our website hosting provider

We retain booking-related communications and records for a minimum of four years for tax and business-record purposes, after which we may delete or anonymize them. You may request earlier deletion of your information by contacting us (see Contact Us section).
